01What can I calculate with Simple FTL?
The app helps you calculate a maximum flight duty period (FDP) and its end time, factor in split duty, and work backward to a target off-block time. You can also customize the FDP reference table and duty buffers.
02Will it work without an internet connection?
Yes. Once installed, the mobile app works offline. Your calculations and settings stay on your device, so you can use it in the crew room, in a hotel, or when you have no signal.
03Can I use my own FDP table?
Yes. The settings let you edit the entire FDP reference table and adjust pre- and post-flight duty buffers. Check the table against your authority's rules and your company's operating procedures before use.
